hi gorgeous ✨ thank you so much for trusting me with your glam! i’m so excited to have you in my chair. to keep everything running smoothly and make sure every client has the best experience, please take a quick peek at my policies before booking 💖 • a non-refundable $5 booking fee is due within 24 hours to secure your appointment (cashapp, venmo & apple pay accepted) • appointments requested outside of business hours are +$20 • for the best glam experience, please arrive with groomed brows and a fresh, clean face with no prior makeup on. think of it as giving me the perfect blank canvas to create your magic ✨ • timing is everything! a 5-minute grace period is given. after 10 minutes, appointments may be canceled to avoid affecting other beauties booked throughout the day. booking fees remain non-refundable • cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will require a 50% cancellation fee. no-call/no-shows will also require a 50% fee before future bookings can be made. if fee is not paid, client can risk being banned from booking future appointments. • life happens, i totally get it 🤍 appointments may be rescheduled up to 2 times. after the second reschedule, a new appointment and new booking fee will be required, and previous booking fees remain non-refundable • to keep your appointment relaxing and comfortable, plus ones are not permitted. if you need to bring your little one(s), please reach out beforehand so i can make sure my space is ready for them 💖 • photos/videos may be taken of your beautiful glam for social media content, but you are always welcome to decline • please let me know ahead of time about any allergies, sensitivities, skin concerns, or medical conditions • services may be refused for contagious conditions or inappropriate behavior by securing your appointment, you’re confirming that you’ve read and agreed to these policies ✨ can’t wait to glam you, pretty girl 💕
